Last night I have attended The Minories' first preview event of the year as a new volunteer. The exhibitions that have just opened were Clare Iles' MultiColouredDrawingSculptures and Paul Helliwell's …and wine and teeth and… . Both very colourful and bright, although so different from each other, they make a great link. The gallery was very busy with visitors engaging in arty conversations and enjoying some drinks. I was glad to be there and I am looking forward to becoming a regular volunteer from next week.
